Your body, stripped of judgements, isnt ugly or pretty. It is neutral, it just is. Ugly or pretty is personal preference, it is cultural norms. Ugly and pretty do not exist like your body does, we create them. They are only ideas.
Once you accept that your body is and judgements aren’t, you understand that you decide if it is ugly or pretty. You choose.
